General Description

“Washmetic” Tankwasher model Spin‐O‐Klin series consists of model 100 & 150. The Spin‐O‐Klin Tankwashers
are designed for use in ultra hygienic applications. The units are very simple and designed for quick and easy
to disassemble conforming to major regulatory hygienic standards. The construction of these Tankwashers
ensures full and uniform coverage of the internal surfaces of vessels with powerful wash fluid spray

Applications

Due to its unique design and low cost, Spin‐O‐Klin washers are ideally suitable for replacement of static
or rotary spray ball. The effective high energy and high impact impingement of droplets on the inner surfaces
of vessel is achieved by the rotating disc

Operations

The wash liquid makes the rotating disc spin thus creating instant spray of fast moving droplets which
has high energy, good impact and powerful impingement. The design also conforms to regulatory
requirements of FDA. These washers are most suitable for applications in pharmaceuticals, food & Beverage
industries, Dairy, Biotech industries and for various other hygienic applications

Maintenance

This range of Tankwashers require no maintenance is required except periodical visual/physical
inspection for a long life. It is not recommended to be dismantled or reassembled locally at site
