General Description

“Washmetic” Tankwasher Roto SSC model are Roto SSC‐40, Roto SSC‐75 & Roto SSC‐125 have slotted spray
ball fitted drive system with unique internal pressure regulation mechanism in the drive chamber which helps
to maintain the rotational speed consistent with varied pressures. Roto Spray Series Tankwasher have
PTFE/CPTFE bearing system for long life. These Tankwasher do not have any Ball Bearing

Applications

These Tankwasher are suitable for cleaning small/ medium process vessels, storage tanks etc. where a
uniform slow rotation is required to give longer chemical dwell times for improved cleaning efficiency.
Compact in design and effective in performance it meets all essential requirements of hygiene and product
purity. These Tankwasher are suitable for pharmaceutical and biotech industries as well as for food and
beverage industries

Operation

Wash fluid is directed through the slots on the rotating ball producing independent strong fan
jets which gives total coverage. The fan jets target specific area of vessels and ideal for burst rinsing or
washing with instant and strong impact.

Maintenance

ROTO SSC is a units made of stainless steel have very low amount of wear due to unique fluid bearing
combines with PTFE/CPTFE bearings, any unusual wear/ tear due to ingress of suspended particles for long.
It is recommended for routine inspection to continue trouble free service
