General Guideline

• This manual generally describes methods and instructions how to dismantle & re‐assemble Orbiwash
  units
• This manual also contains Parts List and identifies service components
• Service components are indicated with Part numbers in the “Reassembly Instructions” and in the full parts
  list
• Orbiwash units are easy to dismantle, and require very few tools. Excessive force must not be applied to
  loosening or tighten during disassembly or reassembly. Such excessive force for over tightening
  components may lead to future malfunction and or damage to the unit. Standard tools available in the
  market are adequate to service the units
• Tool kit which includes special tools to insert sleeves/bushes/gears etc is available
• Nozzle part numbers are different for all nozzle sizes but we advise that the Nozzle size (viz. 7 mm)
  should be specified at time of order
• The Ring Bush Sealing (Ball Inlet) CPTFE (36) must be properly installed or this may lead to leaking of the
  wash fluid and disruption of the rotation. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for wrongly placed
  or misalignment of the Body Sealing Rings when the Sealing Rings have been installed by any person other
  than manufacturers service technicians
